Our mission is to provide compassionate support, empowerment, and resources to the wives and children of veterans. We aim to build a community that acknowledges and honors the unique challenges and sacrifices these families face. Through connection, advocacy, personalized services, and the sharing of our stories, we strive to foster healing and unity, ensuring that every spouse and child of a veteran receives the care, respect, and opportunities they deserve.

As the proud wife of a veteran and founder of HEARTS of Armor, I created this tight-knit community to provide a judgment-free space for sharing both triumphs and challenges. What began as my personal need for support has evolved into a mission to uplift others on a similar journey. Together, as ambassadors for our veterans and families, we celebrate our strengths, honor our experiences, and build a united network that truly understands our unique paths.
Jennifer Baird
As Lead Ambassador for Hearts of Armor, I am honored to support veteran families and build a strong, compassionate community. As a veteran’s wife and mom of three, I’ve faced the challenges of military life firsthand—from navigating my husband’s journey as a recovering addict to overcoming serious health struggles with our son. Through it all, I’ve learned the power of resilience and support, and I am dedicated to ensuring others know they are never alone.
Violet Enriquez
As a proud spouse of a veteran and passionate advocate for veterans and their families, I serve as the Ambassador of Communication for HEARTS of Armor. My firsthand experience within the veteran community—strengthened by my veteran’s volunteer work supporting veterans—gives me a unique perspective on the challenges and needs of veteran families. I am dedicated to amplifying the voices of the women and children who support our veterans, ensuring they receive the recognition and support they deserve.
Ae Basnett
As Outreach Ambassador for Hearts of Armor, I am honored to support veteran families in meaningful ways. With years of experience assisting veterans through events and one-on-one support, I have seen firsthand the challenges they face. Being part of this growing organization allows me to help build a strong, supportive community for those who have sacrificed so much. I look forward to making a lasting impact through Hearts of Armor.
Angel Hendryx
As Ambassador of Connection, I support the mission of HEARTS of Armor by fostering relationships and encouraging veteran spouses to share both the challenges and triumphs of this journey. I met my Seabee veteran husband when we were teenagers, and through the years, I’ve experienced the unique ups and downs that come with this life. While I prefer to stay behind the scenes, I believe in the power of community and want to ensure that every spouse feels supported, celebrated, and never alone.
